Annual fee for WEO Individual Membership is USD 50 for the term of one year. In addition, there is the opportunity to select a two-year payment option with a single USD 75 fee.
Payment for the annual membership fee is possible via bank transfer, debit and credit card. For those who supply credit card details on application, the fee will be deducted from your account as part of the application process. Those who select to pay via bank transfer will receive the WEO bank details.
The WEO Individual Membership for trainees in gastrointestinal endoscopy is available free of charge. To prove evidence of their training status, applicants are asked to upload a letter written and signed by their department head. The letter needs to be dated and on official letter head, and mention the department name, the role of the trainee in the department as well as the expected date of training completion.
The membership will be valid until the applicant’s expected date of training completion. After this date, all trainees will be notified to pay the applicable membership fee to extend the membership validity.
IMPORTANT: During the application, you will have to add your expected date of training completion. Please note that this date should be the same date as the one stated in the letter signed by your department head.
After submitting your application you will see a confirmation message of receipt. After approval, you will receive a welcome letter including your membership ID.
The WEO members area facilitates connection and collaboration among its members for the benefit of all. To ensure this, all new members will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions during the application process in order to become a member.
