Emirates Digestive Diseases Week (EDDW) 2026

The World Endoscopy Organization is pleased to endorse Emirates Digestive Diseases Week (EDDW) 2026, the UAE’s leading multidisciplinary congress dedicated to digestive health.

EDDW 2026 will take place on 27-28 March 2026 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and will be held onsite. The meeting is a key regional and international forum that brings together experts in gastroenterology, hepatology, endoscopy, and digestive disease research to share evidence-based knowledge and practical advances in patient care.

Program

This year’s scientific program will cover a wide range of important and timely topics, including:

• Hepatology and the therapeutic revolution in MAFLD/MASH
• Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) across the full patient lifecycle, from conception to aging
• Functional and motility disorders such as IBS, reflux, and microbiome-related conditions
• The evolving role of ERCP and EUS in modern gut care
• Advanced interventional endoscopy, with a strong focus on ESD, EMR, endoscopic cancer resection, and live endoscopy demonstrations
