The WEO World Endoscopy Organization is proud to endorse the 2nd Annual WEGE (Women Empowerment in GI Endoscopy) Conference, taking place September 11–12, 2025, in Cairo, Egypt.
This hybrid event is designed to empower young and aspiring endoscopists, especially women, through:
- 11 scientific sessions
- 2 sessions focused on soft skills and self-marketing for doctors
- 3 hands-on workshops (2 hours each), featuring 30 training stations for both basic and advanced techniques
- 3 specialized “Meet the Mentors” workshops in ESD, EUS, and ERCP (each includes 3 hours of lectures and hands-on training, limited to 10 participants per workshop)
