WEO Events Endorsement

Application is required at least two months prior to the event and must include the following information.

There is a two-step approval process for WEO endorsement:

WEO Education committee chair reviews application. If the event is approved by the WEO Education committee chair, WEO Executive will review the application. If endorsement is granted, the event will be endorsed within one week.

Get in touch with WEO Office at secretariat@worldendo.org if you have any questions. Before applying please read the following WEO Events Endorsement Policy.

  • ✓ Date and meeting venue
    ✓ Event organizers
    ✓ Program including list of faculty
    ✓ Brief summary of the event and goals
    ✓ Name and email of contact person.
    ✓ Logo of the event (high resolution, 300 dpi)

  •  

    • Application must be made at least 2 months prior for physical or hybrid events and 1 month prior for virtual events.
    • A 15% discount on the registration fee must be granted to WEO individual members attending the endorsed meeting.
    • Before applying, please read the WEO Events Endorsement Policy carefully before applying.
    • WEO team will inform endorsement seeker in writing about the result.
    • WEO will conduct promotion during the pre-event period only. Post-event promotion is not included as part of the endorsement.
    • The WEO logo may be used only after an official endorsement letter is issued. It may be used solely for promoting the endorsed event and not for any other purpose.

    If you are seeking endorsement for publications, please read the WEO Publications Endorsement Policy. Endorsement of research activities and external surveys is generally not supported and will be considered on a case-by-case basis if necessary.
