The World Endoscopy Organization, in partnership with the Thai Association for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (TAGE), successfully held a successful Program for Endoscopic Teachers (PET) on January 16–17, 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand. This two-day program brought together educators from across Southeast Asia to strengthen their skills in teaching digestive endoscopy.

The program covered a wide range of essential topics including,  the challenges in endoscopy training, effective teaching strategies, and feedback techniques. Participants also engaged in small-group learning sessions, hands-on simulator training, and case-based teaching vignettes.

28 physicians from Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia attended the event. Participants appreciated the interactive and engaging nature of the course .
