WEO Event Endorsement

Application is required at least two months prior to the event and must include the following information.

There is a two-step approval process for WEO endorsement:

WEO Education committee chair reviews application. If the event is approved by the WEO Education committee chair, WEO Executive will review the application. If endorsement is granted, the event will be endorsed within one week.

Get in touch with WEO Office at secretariat@worldendo.org if you have any questions. Before applying please read the following WEO Endorsed Event Policy.

  • ✓ Date and meeting venue
    ✓ Event organizers
    ✓ Program including list of faculty
    ✓ Brief summary of the event and goals
    ✓ Name and email of contact person.
    ✓ Logo of the event (high resolution, 300 dpi)

    • Application must be made at least 2 months prior for physical or hybrid events and 1 month prior for virtual events.
    • A 15% discount on the registration fee must be granted to WEO individual members attending the endorsed meeting.
    • Since January, 2021 the WEO Endorsed Event Policy has changed and an administrative fee applies. Before applying, please read the WEO Endorsed Event Policy carefully before applying.
    • WEO team will inform endorsement seeker in writing about the result.
