The Colorectal Cancer Screening Committee (CRC SC) convened at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile on May 1, 2026, marking a significant gathering for global experts in the field of colorectal cancer screening. The meeting provided opportunities for experts to share updates on a variety of topics, and to seek advice and comments on future initiatives and trends in colorectal cancer screening.
A total of 155 professionals attended the meeting in person, fostering a lively exchange of ideas and a renewed sense of community among the Committee members. Attendees expressed great enthusiasm for the opportunity to connect face-to-face, share updates on current screening methodologies, and provide feedback on future strategic directions. The meeting reinforced the Committee's commitment to advancing colorectal cancer detection and improving patient outcomes through international cooperation.
