The Colorectal Cancer Screening Committee (CRC SC) meeting, once again a hybrid event, took place at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile hotel on May 5, 2023. The meeting provided opportunities for experts to share their updates on a variety of topics, and to seek advice and comments on future initiatives and trends within colorectal cancer screening.
The plenary meeting was held in the morning in order to accommodate virtual attendees from different time zones, while the Expert Working Group sessions were held in the afternoon. The plenary meeting was livestreamed via Zoom and is available on the WEO YouTube channel. A total of 180 people attended the CRC SC meeting in person and over 100 attendees joined virtually for the plenary session.
CRC SC attendees shared their enthusiasm about the opportunity to come to this meeting and to hear the latest on CRC screening.
